Withdrawal requests will not be processed until age verification is complete. If a user is later found to be underage, all transactions on that account will be voided.

• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.

Ppee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If the Terms & Conditions are violated.
• When required under applicable national laws or regulations.
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account.
• Age verification has not been completed.
• After an extended period of inactivity (beyond the specified time limit).

Users may request account closure at any time. Verified balances (excluding bonuses) can be withdrawn before the account is closed.
